The HD era swiches out most real places, at least those that already have a GTA-parallel. On the discussion of inconcistency, it has actually been quite unclear whether Vice City and Liberty City exists next to Miami and New York. This intersection is allegedly not marked on the physical map which shipped with the game. There is also apparently the Robada Intersection where Garver Bridge connects to the northern highway system. The region in the northwest of the map, where Mike Toreno's farm is located. They're probably referring to Tierra Robada (Stolen Land). Although I think I`ve seen the name "Robada" on a fan made map somewhere on the "create a map" thread, but God knows where it is now.
